Beachside Property, East Preston

We were on-site with the contractor this week at this beachside property in East Preston, West Sussex. The contractor was interested in our aluminium rainwater and eaves products, due to it's corrosion-resistant properties.

Our aluminium rainwater goods have a functional life expectancy of 50 years with minimum maintenance and do not rust, rot or crack. Over this period cast iron products are likely to have needed repainting several times and will possibly be at the end of their lifespan.
