Responding to continued business growth Marley Alutec has expanded operations at its Bedford headquarters. The company is also delighted to announce the appointments of Kevin Stanley, Don Roche and Leigh-Anne Copeland as well as the return of Marketing Communications Manager Ivona Nicol from maternity leave.
The new building, which spans more than 30,000 square feet, increases the company’s capacity and productivity. It provides more storage room for an ever-expanding product range and enables Marley Alutec to be more responsive to larger orders. Marley Alutec continues to add to its already extensive portfolio of highly sustainable products and has some exciting additions on the horizon.
Similarly, the new arrivals reaffirm the company’s commitment to continued growth and signal the speed at which Marley Alutec is organically expanding. Kevin Stanley joined the company as Head of Operations, a new role that will help strengthen customer satisfaction and supply chain, which is at the core of all operational activities. Bringing together the operations and customer service functions of the company, Kevin will deliver continuous customer service improvements and introduce Operational Excellence with supporting KPIs.
Speaking on his new appointment, Kevin commented: “This is an exciting time to be joining the company and I’m looking forward to implementing some of these new processes to help facilitate the continued growth of high performing teams that deliver strong customer outcomes.”
Don Roche will oversee growing sales of Marley Alutec’s high quality rainwater and eaves solutions as an Area Sales Manager covering the region of South Wales and the South West. As an experienced sales manager, Don has a track record of success from his 30 plus years of sales in the construction and civils sector.
Commenting on his new role, Don said: “I’m really pleased to have joined an renowned market leader and look forward to establishing myself around the region as somebody who assists and supports sales. I have worked both in sales and in managerial positions for the bulk of my professional career so to be able to continue that in a blue-chip company like Marley Alutec is an amazing opportunity.”
With a sales background in the automotive industry, Leigh-Anne Copeland is an important acquisition in the Internal Sales Support team. Leigh-Anne will be responsible for a range of customer relationship tasks that support the Area Sales Managers.
Finally, returning to the company is Ivona Nicol, who will reprise her role as Marketing Communications Manager following her maternity leave. She will begin working within an expanded marketing team, which also includes Louise Stewart-Young. Together the pair will continue to promote Marley Alutec as a leading supplier of high-quality rainwater and eaves systems.
