Our Operations department work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that products are delivered correctly and on time. Investment in staff, improved production procedures, and the keen monitoring of stock levels have produced an OTIF (orders delivered On Time and In Full) of 99.13% despite record first quarter order numbers and guaranteed delivery lead times as short as 2 days.
Health & Safety is the prime concern, and continuous reviews and updated measures have proved effective; so effective that it is now over 3 years since a reportable incident.
Kevin Stanley, our Head of Operations, commented “Our warehouse team deserves enormous credit for their efficiency and effective hard work during these extremely busy times. Our Health and Safety record is exceptional, but we cannot get complacent. From next Monday (25th April), in partnership with our parent company Aliaxis UK, we are holding a ‘National Safety Week’ with many activities designed to focus employees on the importance of identifying hazards and threats on a daily basis before they cause incidents.”
