Quantity Schedule

Once the gutter and downpipe sizes and profiles have been selected. A schedule of quantities for your project can be established.

Alutec Technical services will prepare this schedule of quantities providing the following information is available:

• A roof plan drawing showing, hips, valleys, ridges, any dormers, gables etc. Additionally the pitch of the roofs and preferred locations of rainwater pipes.
• All available elevations drawings.
• Eaves detail sections drawings.
• Drain connection information (i.e. is the rainwater pipe to be connected directly to the drain or discharging over an open gully?).
• Details and locations of any brickwork, corbels, plinths, which require downpipe offset bends or fixing bobbin spacers.
• Radius of any "curved on plan" roofs requiring gutter.
• In the case of multiple buildings requiring individual schedules, please advise accordingly.

Whilst every effort will be made to interpret the information supplied correctly, it is vitally important to conduct a site check to ensure the details provided are correct.

Please note that drawings should be dimensioned to a consistent scale.
