Alutec Trained Installer Course Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply directly to the training course offered by Marley Alutec at their premises in Bedford, and of duration of one day. A course attendee who has been issued with a certificate and identity card has achieved a satisfactory standard on the Marley Alutec Trained installer course. The course includes familiarisation of the product range and recommended installation procedures.



Definitions

"The course" - the training course as defined above.

"The Company" - Marley Alutec, a division of Marley Plumbing and Drainage, who in turn are part of the Aliaxis group of companies.

"Installer" - A sole trader, partner or employee of a company who undertake the installation of rainwater systems.



Terms and Conditions

  1. The course is open exclusively to installers invited by The Company to attend
  2. The course does not offer an industry recognised qualification or endorsement of any kind
  3. The Company does not endorse or underwrite installations performed by installers who have attended the course
  4. The Company does not guarantee or take responsibility in any way whatsoever for the actions or standard of workmanship of the course attendees
  5. The Company reserves the right to issue the details of Installers who have attended the course to interested parties (those individuals or companies who require the services of an Installer)
  6. Data protection; participants in the course agree that The Company may use their information in any future mailings conducted by The Company. Details will not be passed to a third party except in circumstances outlined in point 5
  7. The Company reserves the right to inspect any installation carried out by the Installer
  8. Substitution of course attendees is at the discretion of The Company
  9. Certificates and ID cards are non transferable
  10. Installers may only use the logo of The Company or that of its parent company by request in writing to The Marketing Department, Marley Plumbing and Drainage Lenham Maidstone Kent ME17 2DE or by email marketing@marleyext.com.
