Each building benefits from 130 x 180mm Alutec Aligator® snap fit Deepflow gutters and circular downpipes in black aluminium. Installed by Ansley builders, the Deepflow system is a deep half round gutter, which gives an even and unobtrusive profile against the roof edge, and blends in with the historic atmosphere of the street. The snap fit jointing also ensures a smooth, uninterrupted line at the eaves of each property.

Manufactured from high-grade aluminium, Alutec offers a resilient rainwater solution. Aluminium is more durable than zinc and lighter than cast iron. It is also infinitely recyclable, ensuring an environmentally friendly solution and has the added benefit of not needing to be repainted. Due to the long lasting finish, Alutec rainwater systems are suitable for domestic, commercial and industrial applications.
