1. Apply two 8mm diameter beads of sealant Code SC101 to both sides of the joint union.

2. Fit a union to the end of the gutter by first placing it onto the rear gutter edge, then swinging forward to the front edge whilst slightly bending the front of the gutter inwards, finally snapping over the front edge.

3. Secure stiffener brackets under top front edge, inline with all slotted holes at the rear, together with spacer bars to be hooked over the rear edge.

4. Anchor each joint union to the fascia with two 32mm x No 10 Countersunk screws Code SC202.

5. Prepare next gutter length as previously described, then joint to the previously fixed gutter as shown. Each stiffener bracket is secured to the fascia with a screw & washer. Sealant is then applied to the joint ensuring a 5mm minimum expansion gap.

6. Fit patch outlets by cutting the appropriate size hole with a hole saw or jig saw.
NB: Jointing should not be carried out in wet weather, temperatures below 5°C or above 40°C
