Aligator® Deepflow, No.46 Ogee, Boxer and Box Eaves Installation

Step 1

1. Fix fascia brackets at 750mm centres (600mm for Box Eaves.) Use a string line to level. Shim out brackets if fascia board is not straight.

Step 2

2. Use a stopend & running outlet to make a stopend outlet.

 

Step 3

3. Hook the rear of the gutter or fitting onto brackets, swing down firmly and snap into base of bracket.


Step 4

4. Apply two 8mm thick parallel beads of sealant to the inside face of the gutter or fitting.

Step 5

5. The union has rubber compression spacer pads fitted to the underside of fitting to maintain a gap for the sealant.

Step 6

6. Allow a 3-4mm gap for expansion at all joints.


NB: Jointing should not be carried out in wet weather, temperatures below 5°C or above 40°C
