The Roof drainage components, for use in flat roof applications, are designed for use with bituminous or multi layer waterproofing membranes. The Floor drainage components are designed for internal use with gratings to suit tile, screed or sheet flooring. All components have the flexibility for connection to most types of pipework. Technical Hotline: Telephone 01234 344108 Fax 01234 357199 Composition Roof Outlets All components are manufactured from die cast LM6 aluminium silicon alloy to BS1490: 1988, with austenitic stainless steel retaining bolts and studs. Gratings and clamp rings or flanges are finished with factory applied electrostatic polyester powder coating to BS6496: 1984. Gunmetal Outlets Where installations are in conjunction with copper roofing or for connection to copper pipework, it is recommended that gunmetal roof outlets are used. Made to order in leaded gunmetal to BS1400: 1985. Floor Outlets All outlet bodies and membrane clamping rings are manufactured from die cast LM6 aluminium silicon alloy to BS1490: 1988, which is chromate pre treated and polyester powder coated to BS6496: 1984. The outlets are assembled with M8 austenitic stainless steel bolts. Grates and bezels are machined from nickel bronze. ‘T’ ring seals are manufactured from nitrile 70-K6 rubber to BS2494. Shower Outlet assemblies are manufactured from die cast LM6 aluminium silicon alloy to BS1490: 1988, which is chromate pre treated and polyester powder coated to BS6496: 1984.
