Vertical Spigot Untrapped - Screeded Floor Finish
• Connect outlet spigot to drainage pipework coupling. Ensure flange is level with finished slab prior to grouting into pre-formed hole.

• Lay waterproofing membrane over concrete slab and outlet body. Place clamping ring into position and fix down, securely clamping membrane onto neoprene 'T' ring.

• Cut away waterproofing membrane inside outlet and insert grate/bezel assembly. Using Marley silicone lubricant, SZ56 to ease height adjustment adjust height to screed level.

• Lay screeded floor finish flush with top of grate/bezel.

Trapped Horizontal Spigot Outlet - Tiled Floor Finish
• Connect outlet spigot to drainage pipework. Test pipework joint. Set outlet body at appropriate height so flange is level with slab. Secure body position by haunching with concrete, prior to concrete slab being poured.

• Remove neoprene 'T' ring from outlet body flange, then dress asphalt over flange and into 'T' ring groove.

Trapped Horizontal Spigot Outlet - Tiled Floor Finish

• Remove Trap from grate/bezel assembly. Insert bezel into clamping ring. Using Marley silicone lubricant, SZ56 to ease insertion and height adjustment, adjust grate height to be level with tiled floor finish surface.

• Lay screed making allowance for tile thickness so finished surface is flush with grate.

• Place trap dip tube into bezel assembly. Ascertain length of dip tube required, cut to length, place into bezel and secure grate.

Trapped 45 Degree Spigot Outlet – Flexible Sheet Flooring
• Connect outlet spigot to drainage pipework. Test pipework joint. Set outlet body at appropriate height so flange is level with slab. Secure body position by haunching with concrete, prior to concrete slab being poured.

• Lay waterproofing membrane over concrete slab and outlet body. Place clamping ring into position smear silicone sealant over threads of clamping flange securing bolts and fix down, securely clamping membrane onto neoprene 'O' ring.
Trapped 45 Degree Spigot Outlet – Flexible Sheet Flooring

• Cut away waterproofing membrane inside outlet and insert grate/bezel assembly. Using Marley silicone lubricant, SZ56 to ease height adjustment adjust height to screed level.

• Lay screeded floor finish flush with top edge of grate/bezel.

• Lay flexible sheet flooring over outlet, then cut approx 135mm hole directly above the outlet.

• Secure clamping ring of bezel assembly to seal sheet flooring to outlet.

• Place trap dip tube into bezel assembly. Ascertain length of dip tube required, cut to length, place into bezel (ensuring the rubber seal is placed under the dip tube funnel) and secure down grate.
